Serving Our Veterans, Strengthening Our Community
Meet the Heart and Soul of SOV WILCO: Our Dedicated Team of Volunteers and Professionals. An angel called Serendipity surprises us every year in the midst of new goals and challenges, as a result our programs have expanded.
Veterans from every branch and every rank leave positive impact on our hearts and minds by honoring us with their story as inspiration. Some volunteer or stand behind the company alongside everyday Americans as we have since our beginning expanded to 2 locations and even a Kiosk!

Our Affiliate Organizations
Over the years we have been blessed to be welcomed in this region by a host of organizations high and low representing all walks of life at their core. From Harrisonburg to Waynesboro, although a small organization, our roots extend deeply into the bedrock of the Shenandoah Valley.
At the furthest stretches of these roots are cancer and abuse survivors, honorable soldiers, and amazing families. Humble yet remarkable, the people of the Shenandoah Valley are the friends you cherish.
Wisdom of The Shenandoah Valley
“If a baby smiles in its sleep, the child is talking to the angels.”
During 2023 we gained the love and friendship of a surprisingly large collective filled with diverse organizations and professionals from all walks of life.
The Safety Net Coalition is an amazing host of angels, the only way to describe the number of faces you will never see. Good people with honest hearts seeking to do the last bit of good they can while they have the time to do it.
This group is fully invested in every stretch of The Shenandoah Valley, with members that have deep roots in the history that has shaped these lands. Some of these angels are so familiar you know you’ve met a true friend indeed.
Veterans, Firemen, Government Representatives, Teachers and Parents. America is the land of the free, and home of the brave. Protectors of The American Dream.
New Freedom Farm
New Freedom Farm is a nonprofit organization founded by veteran and retired forensic nurse investigator Lois Dawn Magill in 2016. Lois founded New Freedom Farm out of her personal understanding of PTSD and the therapeutic benefits of being around horses. Located on 26 level acres in Buchanan, VA, the farm is home to a number of equines, including wild mustangs, mares and their foals saved from slaughter, mini horses, and mini donkeys, among others.
New Freedom Farm is dedicated to helping those who have served our country and their families. Since 2016, the farm’s residents and programs have grown and continue to find new ways to serve veterans, first responders, and their families.
“You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.” -Our Father.

Every year we have consistently pursued new territory, and in collaboration with names familiar and unknown we are now in a place to truly spread our wings.
Join your brothers and sisters in a fight to reclaim the spirit of what we fought to protect. Not just a free nation, but a home for flawed people.
