Monthly Gatherings & Yearly Events

Good memories.

To encourage sanctuary and respect above all else, every year has seen a growth and expansion of the spaces available for veterans to come together.

The purpose and intention of our monthly events is to gather and remember what’s most important. Ressurrecting the mystery and wonder of what it means to be American and to have served, we guard the flame of hope for the future.

Standing between America and what could extinguish this fire, the fragility of hope is only magnified by our own flaws and imperfections. How this fact challenges the everyday soldier, and humbles us as we search it out for our own lives can impact our personal relationships heavily.

These social events are not about gaining sponsors, nor are they about reliving the good ol’ days though there will be laughter. These events are about remembering who we are for ourselves, certain silent struggles only a fellow veteran would understand and respect.

Disabled veterans gather at Golden Corral the 1st Tuesday of every month. Laughter, fellowship, and conversations of every variety.
